Policies, Terms & Conditions
To ensure a smooth, professional experience for all clients, please review and agree to the following policies before booking. These policies are strictly enforced.
Booking & Deposits
All appointments require a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking.
The deposit is applied toward your total service cost.
The remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment.
Deposits are non-transferable and non-refundable under any circumstances.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
We value your time and ours.

Permanent Makeup Services:
A minimum of 72 hours (3 days) notice is required to cancel or reschedule. -
All Other Services:
A minimum of 48 hours notice is required.
Cancellations or reschedules made outside of these timeframes will result in loss of deposit and may require a rebooking fee.
Clients who repeatedly cancel, reschedule late, or fail to comply with policies may be declined future bookings.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your appointment.

Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may require rescheduling.

Late arrivals may result in shortened service time to avoid disrupting other clients.

Deposits may be forfeited if the appointment cannot be accommodated.
No-Show Policy
Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without notice will:

Forfeit their deposit

Be required to prepay in full for future appointments

Or may be refused future bookings
Refund Policy
All services are final and non-refundable.
If you have concerns regarding your service, please contact the studio within 5 days of your appointment so we may evaluate the situation. Concerns submitted outside this window may not be accommodated.
Touch-Up Policy
Touch-up appointments are separate services and must be booked within the timeframe discussed during your appointment.

PMU touch-ups are typically recommended 6–8 weeks after the initial service

Touch-ups booked outside the recommended timeframe are subject to additional fees

Missed or late touch-up appointments are not guaranteed availability
Results & Service Expectations
We stand by the quality of our work. Please note:

Results vary based on skin type, lifestyle, and aftercare compliance

Proper aftercare is essential and is the client’s responsibility

We do not guarantee results if aftercare instructions are not followed
Health & Safety
Clients must disclose all medical conditions, allergies, and medications prior to service.
Grandeur Beauté Studio reserves the right to refuse service if a health or safety concern is identified for the client or artist.
Children & Guest Policy
For safety and space considerations:

No animal
Only the client receiving services is permitted in the treatment area.
Photo & Media Release
By receiving services at Grandeur Beauté Studio, you consent to the use of photos and/or videos taken before, during, or after your appointment for documentation, education, and promotional purposes.
If you prefer not to be photographed, please notify us prior to your appointment.
